Fellow dog-lover Elissa Bronswyk and I collaborated on this ambitious communications plan for North American dog daycare brand Dogtopia.
We came up with a detailed plan to revitalize and secure the longevity of the company’s already highly successful franchises within the Greater Toronto Area. Our goal was to help safeguard the company’s success in the face of the current economic climate and the unique challenges it presents for dog owners (and their dogs!).
We focused our plan on two of Dogtopia’s key services: dog daycare and overnight boarding. We also (pretend) partnered with Honda to introduce Dogtopia’s exciting new Dogtopia@Work venture to Canada: a bring-your-dog-to-work initiative that allows dogs to tag along when their owners are required to return to the workplace.
